I don't know how you felt, my dear friend
I thought that everything was fine
But I had to get away
to find myself, mmmm
My friend, can't you tell
it's written all over my face
My days and nights would be a living hell
cause you can't be replaced
So think about the misery
that I have been through, ooooooh
CHORUS
Goodbye, doesn't mean a thing for you and I
Our love has stood through all the test of time
I never planned on leaving you behind, oh
Let me put one more thing on your mind
If you ever need me (your name here) , send for me
I'm just a telephone call away, send for me
Put a on my Facebook page, send for me
Mmmmm, Ooooooo
See you mean so much to me, my best friend
There is no balance without you
Pretty dull is what I am,
without you here in my life
CHORUS 2x
Send for me
Send for me
Send for me

You are air
You are so clean and calm
Needed by everyone
Quick to rush in to get the job done
Never do you rest or stand still
Able to move with strength to get where you want to go
Or whisper correction when others needs motivation
Your song brings welcome relief to those that are warm
Get you mad, lighting collides and you have the strength of a storm
Flowers, trees even bumble bees dance to your rhythms
You give life and never grow old
Heaven is your kingdom, for you are a Queen to angels
You are air
You are earth
Your depth remains undiscovered
You are brown beauty with a warm heart
You feed and nourish seeds, roots and trees
You give shelter to those who need protection
Your fruit and flowers weave colorful displays
When at play you are soft with a sweet smell that rivals any perfume
When the winds try to fight you hold on tight, keeping the mighty oaks in place
You’re timeless, always being rejuvenated and maintaining vitality
You are earth
You are water
You are cool and pure
You’re magnetic charm is invincible
Who would not comb the desert to get a taste of your talents, beauty and personality
Versatile you are; one minutes cloud nine the next you are the depths of the ocean
When things get too hot people run to your cool comfort
When hungry you cook up something off the hook
Nothing can bring you down; in fact you can make anyone rise to the occasion
The cold times only make you stronger
You are able to adapt to any situation and create rainbows
You are water
You are fire
An irony of quiet flames
Just a small spark ignites your passions
Fires are dreams, laughter and hopes
It can light a candle, cook your dinner or burn down a house
Those you touch you consume with love and ambition
A quick touch or a long embrace your heat will never be forgotten
You are a gentle but stern warning to the young ones to learn quickly and be careful
You give power to the older ones to create their vision as you refine their works
Your generosity could engulf the whole world
I hope it does, so please let your light shine
You are fire

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways:
When first you screamed when the Blue and Maize
Took Saturday's field and went on to display
A knowledgeable grasp of the various ways
Their foes may yet yield.
Toss, pitch, screen -- you know them all,
Each weapon we wield when we have the ball.
While the recruiting class readied for the rigors of fall,
You decried the de riguer nature of most coaching calls
In the NFL; my heart swells with pride
As I debate third and 8 with my future bride.
We've been through it all:
Fair catch drops,
Errant passes,
E-mailing Ed Hoculi prescriptions for glasses,
Brett Favre changing jerseys and double reverses,
Triple-overtime games,
Tatum Bell stealing purses!
Now our big day approaches, but I have no fear;
Dreaming dreams of our Super Bowl "Big Game" (don't sue us!) parties each year.
So, while I gaze deep in your eyes,
Darling, always remember:
Your the best thing in my world
From three weeks before March until ... roughly September.
(Except the first day of the draft; but day two, you're cool.)
Have you ever had, or been, a Football Girlfriend. Do you have a list of must haves before you will consider dating someone or is attraction (physical, emotional or otherwise) a means to help you appreciate your mate as an individual? Is it okay to commit to someone that has 8 out of 10 qualities that you are looking for or is anything less than 10 settling?

Grandpa brought jazz into my heart.
Those rhythms pump through my veins
That song makes my soul sang
Grandpa brought jazz into my heart
Grandpa brought jazz into my soul
I shout from the mountain tops
We aren't going to take it no mo
Grandpa brought jazz into my soul
Grandpa brought jazz into my life
I use have pity parties when no one was around
Now I can't sit still, I have to paint the town
Grandpa brought jazz into my life
Grandpa brought jazz into my mind
Trying to impress but looking like a fool
Now without effort I just play it cool
Grandpa brought jazz into my mind
Grandpa brought jazz into my sight
Looking down all the time I use to miss a lot
Now I watch God and see the blessings I've got
Grandpa brought jazz into my sight
Grandpa brought jazz into my air
Use to hold my breath when I wanted to give up
Now I exhales out my problem cause I know I'm tough
Grandpa brought jazz into my air
Classy style with rhythm and blues wit
Life gave him lemons he did say awwhhhh ****
........ But never did he quit.
Fighting for the hope and dreams he had for us all
So no it wasn't easy but please believe me that
Jazz never left him, so it will never leave me

How do you attain your goals? I believe in hard work but there is something to be said about warming up before you workout. Warming up is way getting the muscles limber with easy but brisk movements. A good way to warm up your goal achievement muscles is by starting with what you are good at.
If you've read New You New Year and followed the step than you should go by those goal you credited. Read and pick out all of the talents that will help you with each goal; complete one goal at a time and feel free to repeat talents. On a new list write out each goal and all of the talents that will help you accomplish that goal. If you get stuck ask you family and friends for help. You can let them know what you are doing or vaguely ask them what are some of best attributes. If their answers are vague give them the subject, for example if your goal is to gain new friends you can ask them what it is about you that makes them want to be your friend. If you just can’t come up with a talent of your own, find someone who you think is talented and asks them to “mentor” you. For example, if you don't know how to improve your personal finances ask your rich uncle, not for money, but for advice. If that person hesitate to help find someone else or offer them help in exchange (I’ll mow you lawn, or I’ll cook you dinner if I can ask you for advice once a week, again use your talents as you guide). While you'ree at it find a community, online communities are great, of people where you can also seek advice for attaining your goals.
Now that you have a wealth of talent to work from come up with a game plan. On a new page come up with at least four steps you can take for each goals (try to keep your talents in mind). This week commit to completing one step for each goal per week. If you have six goals you can complete one step for one goal a day with on day of planning the next week. That’s why I think it is good to assign a day for. For Love Lust and Life I have come up with themed days to help me stay balanced and productive. Sometimes I skip a day or change the order, but I attempt to make it up later. The most important thing is that every day you do at least one thing towards accomplishing your goals. Oh I almost forgot to tell you that it is very important look at your goals every day. Print out, or write out, your New You Goals and put it where you can see and read it every day. I love the idea of framing them in a pretty frame and putting them on your night stand. I tape the up on my bedroom door at eye level so I can’t miss them, even if I try.

A wide jaw might exclaim, “You must learn!”
Chiseled cheeks go along with a domineering tone
Big bright eyes can disarm defenses so you never feel alone
To me your prominent feature is your handsome nose
It’s regal posture and sturdy slope tells of its wealth
It is a statue a vitality to which you owe good health
Its majestic slope is adorned with a crown of glass
It’s masculine and strong with the essence of class
As a kid I didn’t understand the blessing that I had
I never chose my nose to be, the bridge of longevity
The grandeur within its size lead to racial slurs and a few good cries
I always loved the bridge you gave to me
A gift of graceful confidence is worth the fee
Everyone has one, but my father’s nose is best
Not showered with praise or mentioned in songs
Often responsible for eradicating our wrongs
Carrying our burdens and adding warmth to air
A gentle power for us when life isn’t fair
